A Kilmallock mechanical engineering services company has scooped two top awards recently.  Hot on the heels of scooping a Certificate of Achievement for Health & Safety Management System Glenfield Engineering Co. Ltd has now been awarded a BS EN ISO 9001:2008 certificate for the provision of design, mechanical services, pipe fabrication and installation, tank fabrication and equipment installation.

Run by Seamus and Ann Buckley and John Lyons Glenfield Engineering employs 110 people servicing the cement, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, petrochem, off shore power, brewing, dairy and food industries in Ireland, UK and Europe.

Of the 110 employees 30 are based full time in Kilmallock with the rest at various projects on sites around the country.
