Project Description: Shell Onshore Gas Terminal
Contract Location: Phase I Workshop Kilmallock, Phase II Corrib Terminal Bellanaboy, Co. Mayo
Contract Duration: 34 months
Overview: The mechanical scope of work comprised the fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of Carbon Steel Pipework ranging from from 0.5” schedule 40 to 24” schedule 160. A total of 2,800 isometrics were logged, prioritised, engineered, fabricated, heat treated, NDT approved, and transported to site over a 42 week period. On site in excess of 20,000 metres of pipework was installed, supported and tested.
Manhours: In excess of 100,000 direct labour hours expended between the workshop and site.
